See your doctor: Pelvic pain on one side in early pregnancy may be due to the corpus luteum cyst which produced the follicle that resulted in your pregnancy. Unfortunately, it could also be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy which could be dangerous. Your doctor can do an ultrasound and possibly a blood test to determine the exact cause. Good luck!
