Likely blepharospasm: Frequent blinking casused by spasm of the eyelid muscles, often in response to common stimuli such as wind, sunlight, air pollution, and even movement of the head etc.. The condition is typically beingn (not serious) but can be quite bothersome to few folks. Treat eye irritants such as allergies, excessive computer use/reading etc.. If not better, consult doc. Good luck.

TVO: Your description sounds like transient visual obscurations. This could be related to ocular migraine or can be related to any cause of elevated intracranial pressure. You need to see an eye doctor for further evaluation.
