Rectal bleeding: Yes , this can happen. Although now days with the new beam targeting the risk is less but not impossible.

Yes: Radiation causes inflammatory changes in the lining of the rectum called radiation proctitis. It can be treated by a gastroenterologist with argon gas therapy.
