Hypotension: The symptoms of hypoglycemia and hypotension culd occasionally be confused. Patients with hypoglycemia might feel near fainting, sweats, tremors and food craving. Patient with hypotension might feel near fainting, but usually no sweats, or food craving, but might be thirsty.

NO: In hypoglycemia , blood sugar level in the blood gets low while in hypotension the blood pressure gets low.
