None: Chlamydia and gonorrhea can cause tubo-ovarian abscesses, which are collections of pus involving the fallopian tubes and ovaries. These may appear cystic on imaging studies (ultrasound or ct scan), but are not truly ovarian cysts.

Chlamydia: Chlamydia can cause pelvic inflamatory disease and can form abcess in the ovariies ( can look like cysts possibly).
