Side effects: You should check with your doctor, but sedation and weight gain are the most common but not everyone gets these. Other side effects are involuntary movement disorders. There may be others and you should speak with the prescribing doctor or a pharmacist.

Quetiapine: Common Side effects with Quetiapine (Seroquel) include somnolence, dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, ^ appetite, weight gain, nasal congestion, dyspepsia, fatigue and dyarthria. Neuroleptic malignant syndrome & tardive dyskinesia are rare by significant side effects.
