Depends: Some people are sensitive to certain brands or vitamin combinations. Nausea, constipation, vomiting can occur with iron. Too much vitamin a can caused raised intracraniel pressure (headache vomiting or worse) magnesium can sometimes cause diarrhea. You can be allergic to any medication (rash or worse).
