Drowsiness: Recommended dose is up to 10 mg per night. Larger doses may produce excessive drowsiness. Other central nervous system depressants may enhance the effects of melatonin.

Side effects: Possible se’s from melatonin include: feeling tired the next day, sleep walking, nightmares, vivid dreams, dizziness, confusion, headache, GI upset, v libido, v sperm count, gynecomastia in men & mood changes.
