I use neosporin ointment instead of lipbalm when my lips are really chapped and it works. is this ok to do?

Neomycin: Neosporin contains bacitracin, polymyxin and neomycin. Neomycin is a common allergan so many people react with a contact allergy dermatitis to neosporin. I would recommend using aquaphor lip ointment instead as it almost never causes a problem.
