I'm planning cataract removal. how to choose the lens to minimize the use of glasses?

Discuss with your doctor your wishes for reducing dependance on glasses after surgery, and he/she can discuss the options with you. There are many viable options to choose from, including multifocal implants, toric implants, and planned monovision (one eye sees better for distance, and the other eye for near). Glasses still may be required.
