None or some: Typical duodenal ulcer pain can include "gnawing" discomfort in upper abdomen, maybe into back, worse hrs after eating, relieved by food, often awakening at night because of pain. Stomach ulcer may have different timing of symptoms, may have more nausea. May have vomiting; weight loss can occur-alarm symptom. However, may have no symptoms or very nonspecific symptoms.
