Unknown effects: Rises in luteal phase of the cycle along with progesterone. As far as we know, it is simply a precursor to progesterone. It has risen in popularity in hormone replacement circles that are somewhat heavy on the till for hormones. It is a "new" way, supposedly to give people higher Progesterone levels but has never been studied and no one knows the true effects. Would stay away until know more.
