Not easy: Nothing good comes easy. Bring the change gradually. Try to make everyone understand and do it together and make new family traditions. Whats good for you is good for them too.

Salt and family: Minimize portions of the salty foods when served; have conversations about salt with family members; ask for salt substitutes in cooking, such as onion salt or MRS DASH. Do not add salt; if you need a special taste, use MRS DASH products.
