ART: ART is an umbrella term for the most advanced and successful treatment types for infertility. IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) is by far the most common nowadays. GIFT (Gamete Intrafallopian Transfer) and ZIFT (Zygote Intrafallopian Transfer) also fall under the heading of ART.
