Also a few ideas: For recurrent cases: 1)tinidazole can stomach upset & nausea like oral metronidazole. 2 alternative regimen for recurrent cases after complete usual first round: twice-weekly 0.75% Metronidazole or Clindamycin vaginal gel for 16 weeks & around period. 3) and a reminder: clindamycin cream reminder: the cream may weaken latex condoms, & that effect persists up to five days after you stop using.
