Diet and exercise!: Ok, those aren't surgical options. But they work! buy the entire set of dvds of the "biggest loser" show...And do it. It beats surgery by a mile. By a million miles.

There are many: Including gastric bypass, gastric banding, sleeve gastrectomy, biliopancreatic diversion, spinal cord stimulator, gastric pacemaker to name a few .. But remember even with these surgical procedures, optimizing a person's lifestyle in regards to dietary habits and activities levels is still key.
