Vitamins, veggies: There are a lot of other sources of calcium. Of course you want to make sure you have a balance of calcium, vitamin d, and other trace minerals like phosphorus. A daily multivitamin can help, as well as orange juice with calcium and vitamin d. Some vegetables, like broccoli, are high in calcium, and meats have some too. Talk with a nutritionist for more ideas.
