Nasal/sinus issues: I would advise an ENT ( meat, nose and throat) work up. Chronic sinus infection is well known to cause abnormal smell. Of course we always worry about a brain cause. Either way- see your md for evaluation and decide which way to go - neuro or ENT as a starting point.. Good luck!
