A member asked:

Blood pressure for me us 139/88 and a pulse of 88 is that high enough to be a worry? i wear a fitbit and clock nearly 10000 steps a day and swimming

Congratulations!: It's great that you're doing 10, 000 steps a day. That will keep you fit and will keep your blood pressure trending lower. A blood pressure of 139/88 is in the normal range (although on the high side of the normal range). Since you are healthy and the BP is normal, nothing to be concerned about. Just keep doing what you're doing.
