Could be "hydrocele": Fluid around testicle without major pain could be so called " hydrocele ". It is almost blake varicose. Eons on testiclular area and it may because "balloon like" enlargement . It is benign but uncomfortable condition. Recommend to consult urologist. If testiclular pain is severe you should be seen on emergency room and if any hard lump see your doctor asap.
