My hepatitis a igm antibody value has gone down, so that means the virus is going away?

Yes: Hepatitis a always goes away on its own; there is no chronic form. Therefore, it's not nessary to follow the antibody titer. What matters is whether your jaundice is resolving and you're feeling better.
