Might be dander-nose: A foreign body like cat hair if truly lodge in your throat should be easily washed or physically pushed away into your stomach if transiently in your esophagus (tube leading to stomach). You may have a classic case of post nasal drip cough-mucus from the nose flowing down your throat with congeston and mouth breathing-drying/irritating your wind pipe-throat casusing.Coughing spasms.
