Varies: Some will not have their first cycle until 2.5-3 years after nipple enlargement starts, so a 13 year old may just be delayed in starting. If she has started, often the first year or 2 there can be up to 90 days between cycles because they do not ovulate with each cycle.Discuss this with her doc to see if any testing is needed.
