How do you increase your breast firmness naturally by breastfeeding?

Milk ducts: Breast firmness occurs by the increase in breast volume by the production of milk and the storage of the milk in the glands. Furthermore an increase in water volume as a result of pregnancy also increases breast mass. Thus the breast skin becomes more taut and firm as a consequence.
