What should i do if my baby doesn't like meat?

Keep trying!: Meat is one of the only ways for your baby to get zinc and iron in the second half of the first year of life. If your baby rejects meats when you start solids, keep trying! you can also try mixing the meats with fruits or cereals. Be creative.

Try baby cereals: Baby cereals are fortified with iron. Cream of wheat is also a good source of iron, if a baby is old enough to eat it. Formulas supply iron, but cow milk is not a good source of iron. So, if a 1-2 year old child is a picky eater, he will get more iron if he drinks toddler formula instead of cow milk. Formulas and cow milk both are a good source of protein.

Be patient: Babies are often difficult little consumers when it comes to doing what mommy wants. When it comes to foods & specificly the baby fast foods from the jars, they may reject them based on texture, taste or just cause they "don't wanna". Why fight the battle. Other foods have many of the needed nutrients. Try feeding them at the dinner table while others eat or modify something you have for them.
