Wait for it: The package insert of aldara: "early clinical clearance cannot be adequately assessed until resolution of local skin reactions (e.g. 12 weeks post-treatment)." to me, this means it's hard to tell if the stuff is working until you've finished a full course of it, since it induces irritation of the whole area. The label says it's important to finish the whole course of medicine--stick with it!
