A member asked:

Can novorapid (insulin aspart) insulin injections cause stomach muscles to hurt?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: There is no reason that the action of Insulin should cause pain in any muscle group. Insulin injections are given in the subcutaneous tissue, not into muscles so that actual injections should also not cause muscular pain.
