Autoimmune disorder: Myasthenic sundrome is an autoimmune disorder characterized by muscle weakness of legs and arms.-result of an autoimmune reaction in which antibodies are formed in the neuromuscular junction.It is often associated with lung cancer or other autoimmune diseases such as thyroid or diabetes.
