A member asked:

How can i still eat some sugar substitutes if i have diabetes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

SUGAR SUBSTITUTES: Are an alternative group of sweeteners, non absorbable sugars being their main component. If sugars are not absorbable, they will not raise your blood sugar because they do not reach the bloodstream.
