Midodrine causes increase tone in blood vessels to prevent pooling of blood in feet. Flournef is a salt retaining steroid which keeps blood pressure up by volume expansion.

Blood pressure: If no symptoms and no problems caused by it, not necessary. If it needs treatment by increasing fluid and salt intake and if needed by some medications.
