I have a pain starting at my left elbow and out goes down to my fingers.?

Forearm pain: Which fingers are involved—4th & 5th? Do you rest your elbow on arm of chair or on table/desk/computer station? May have irritated the ulnar nerve, which runs in groove at elbow & sometimes gets compressed. Any numbness or tingling in those fingers? Avoid putting pressure on elbow (it's hard; e do it automatically); use NSAID like Aleve (naproxen) for pain/inflammation. See fp if not improved.
