Pregnancy?: One of the first things to do is to check a pregnancy test. Blood would be more accurate than urine. Your combination of signs and symptoms point to many different diagnosis, but one of the first things i would rule out is pregnancy.

If not pregnant: If you're sure you're not pregnant, you may have a cyst on your ovary. This cyst can be a corpus luteum cyst that produces high levels of hormones that can lead to your symptoms (and can delay a period). Ask your doc for blood and ultrasound testing to see if this is what's going on.
