Start with WHEX: I'd start with a general female exam. Could be mid cycle bleeding (mittleschmertz) which is a normal thing, but is usually not stinky. Endometriosis is another possibility, but is usually associated with abdominal pain, irregular periods, infertility, etc. Start with seeing your doc and general exam.
