GET SEEN, need EGD: Please get seen right away because you may have a G.I. Bleed 'being very pale' . I recommend an egd (upper scope) to rule out 'bleeding ulcer' or worse. The location of pain, 'feeling sick', 'tired' are all consistent with a bleeding ulcer diagnosis. You may aslo need an ct. The WBC of 10.4 is not too helpful but what are hemoglobin/hematocrit? (which can be normal @ the onset of bleeding).

Flu: There is the flu going around- and a lot of people have those symptoms. Sounds like you have been to the doctor, so they probably gave you the same diagnosis. Good luck- it will get better.
