Cannot tell: Without a good history (where is the discharge, what does it look/smell like, how much, how often, etc) and examination, we cannot make a diagnosis. Without a diagnosis, you cannot prescribe a treatment. That's like calling your auto mechanical and saying "my engine makes a noise; what should I do?" he or she will tell you to bring it in and you should do the same for your doctor.
