Several: There are several fda approved medications for addiction. For alcoholism: disulfiram, acamprosate, naltrexone. For nicotine addiction: nicotine replacement, bupropion, varenicline. For opioid addiction: methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone. Many others are being researched.
