What supplements can work well to help with erectile dysfunction?

Dr. Alvin Lin answered

None approved: No dietary supplements, especially not those marketed on tv & in magazines, have any randomized, double blind, placebo controlled trials published in peer reviewed journals demonstrating any benefit in treating, preventing, diagnosing or curing erectile dysfunction. Beware that there is a high rate of unlabeled contamination w/sildenafil & other similar pde5 inhibitor medications.
