Testosterone: There are many medications that may dampen sexual desire. Testosterone is responsible for libido in both men and women. Viagra (sildenafil) helps men in getting an erection but does not mediate desire/libido.

Some may decrease it: Meds can sometimes decrease desire or impair orgasm (SSRI antidepressants).
