Can dry eyes be related to trigeminal nerve pain?

Possible: Normal eye sensation (via trigeminal) is required for the blink reflex which keeps eye lubricated. If trigeminal nerve not working normally, it could cause dry eye.

Trigeminal nerve : Issues that effect the trigeminal nerve can cause decrease sensation to the eye and secondary neurotrophic keratitis and dry eye.
