Swollen feet in am: It could be a number of things. I would recommend seeing your doctor, may need blood work to rule out a few things. Swelling is a general symptoms which may be associated with serious problem.

Circulation changes: If they are swollen before you begin standing on them this could be a symptom of many serious problems..Heart, kidney, bloop pressure ..Etc...Get this checked out.
