Timing/dry mouth: If you are not urinating at least every 8 hours there is a good chance you are on the dry side of hydration. If you go less than every 12 hr it is worse, and 24 your kidneys are likely shutting down from poor internal fluid volume. Dry mouth/dry eyes/ dizziness are also expected.
