How can i know if i'm ovulating monthly?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It's pretty simple..: If you have regular menstrual cycles (about every 26-32 days apart), then the likelihood is that you're ovulating each month! if you want to prove it, you can have your doctor perform a Progesterone blood test about 1 week before you expect a period to confirm proper ovulation.
