You don't: Unfortunately ovulation predictor kits, basal body temperatures, and cervical mucus testing are difficult to do and are notoriously inaccurate. A day 21 progesterone level can tell you for sure WHETHER you ovulated, but the only way to know exactly when you are going to ovulate would be with serial ultrasounds and treatment with a hormonal trigger.

You can't know: You can't know for sure that you are ovulating. Thinning cervical mucous at mid-cycle, responsive BBT charts, ovulation predictor kits, and increased libido all play a part but are not certain for ovulation.
