Tylenol/Motrin: For a child with fever, try alternating tylenol (acetaminophen) and motrin, and you can put them in the bathtub to cool them down, but if not better, bring them to their doctor. Often lowering the fever is all it takes.

Fever, what to do: Reliance on home remedies depends ion your child's age as well. As a rule of thumb always check with your pediatrician for recommendations and follow them accordingly
