Unexpected changes: Generally if your condition changed unexpectedly, it is a very good idea to call your doctor. Your doctor needs to know whenever his/her understanding of your condition needs to be updated. For example, if you are experiencing a severe, distressing, and brand new symptom that you never had before. Also, if you had a drastic change in fibromyalgia pain, after he/she made a change in treatment.
