SIMPLE SUGAR REBOUND: After consuming appreciable amount of simple sugars like glucose, fructose and sucrose, what happens is blood sugar quickly rises and that increases the production of Insulin and that quickly acts and brings the sugar down to hypoglycemic levels and as blood sygar falls you feel more hungry and crave for more sugars and if you eat or drink more sugars, same cycle keep repeating and cause obesity.
