Theoretical: The theory is that tight and unyielding clothing impairs the bowel function and causes abdominal pain. According to a dr. Octavia bessa of stamford, ct, posits that it is due to men not buying their own clothes, but fitting into the clothes that their wife/girlfriend buy for them, and they may not be the correct size. Hard to say if it is real or imaginary, but wear properly fitting clothes.
