Several: Heart problems: 1. Block in artery 2. Pericarditis lung problems: 1. Pneumonia, embolism, tumor gi problems: 1. Gall bladder 2. Esophagitis or gerd 3. Ulcer 4. Musculoskeletal: pain in ribs, cartilage, trauma, etc. 5. Skin and nerve: 1. Shingles especially.
