A serious disorder: Aka: heller's syndrome. Its a an unusal neurodevelopmentaldisorder which is usually apparent due to normal development until ages 2 to 4, but then there is a severe loss of social, communication and other skills. It is often classified as a, pervasive developmental disorder. Pediatric neurologists and pediatric neuropsychologists can help assess and refer for management, treatments and support.
