Anorexia: Generally not, but it is always possible. The big question is when you went on your radical diet, did you insure that you got some protein and some vitamins, which are always necessary. Otherwise, the body is very good at handling this kind of stress and will recover fully over time. This kind of dieting is very unhealthy. Better to just sustain a daily reduced calorie diet.
